Monopoly BIllionaire Brainrot
  • Hasbro is expanding the Monopoly lineup with two new editions landing in June, targeting both movie fans and the next generation of players
  • Monopoly: Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu ties in with the new film, sending players across the galaxy on missions for The New Republic
  • Monopoly: Brainrot Billionaire takes aim at Gen Z and Gen Alpha, swapping traditional gameplay for property empires, brainrot chips, and a race to collect the most cash

For fans of Monopoly, the news that Hasbro is expanding its range will most certainly matter.

The company behind one of the best-established franchises in tabletop history, the growth of its library is seemingly interminable, with Hasbro now adding Monopoly: Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu and Monopoly: Brainrot Billionaire Board Game to its selection of available titles.

In true Hasbro fashion, the games are pretty self-explanatory, with the Star Wars-based title releasing in time for the new Mandalorian movie, and Brainrot Billionaire specifically appealing to younger fans, as Hasbro shifts the marketing focus to Gen Z and Gen Alpha players.

Arriving in June, Monopoly: Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu will see players travel around the galaxy and explore planets for The New Republic, and visit scenes from the recently released flick.

Each time players turn the GO square, they are assigned a mission and earn bonus credit, with the player to win the game being the one with the most credits in the end. The game is designed for two two six players and plays well with ages 8+. The title will soon be available in retail for $24.99.

Then, there is Monopoly Brainrot Billionaire Board Game, which is geared towards younger generations and offers Gen Z and Gen Alpha players the opportunity to vie for establishing their own property empires while collecting brainrot chips and earning their billions along the way.

The game ends once all the properties are sold, and whoever has collected the most cash, properties, and brainrot chips wins. Once again, the title is geared towards ages 8+ and retails at $19.99.
