Funko Games has confirmed details about the release of three new games, with Scream: The Game, among the titles, alongside an updated version of Big Boss, and Nuck Tats. The releases are coming in the summer, and they promise to be a lot of fun, especially if you are a fan of the original Big Boss box by Wolfgang Kramer.
You Have One Incoming Call
Scream: The Game will have players avoid the Ghost Face who is once again on a killing spree and hoping to avoid a frightful phone call which would mark them for death. To offer you a bit of extra immersiveness, Funko Games is also releasing a dedicated companion app, which features narration by Roger L. Jackson and thematic music.
Scream: The Game will also be very approachable from a consumer standpoint and have an MSRP of $19.99. The game is suitable for 3-8 players and recommended for ages 13+. One game plays for 20 minutes and there are 84 cards, a game board, the Ghost Face figure, as well as a knife-shaped first-player marker.
Another game will also be released by Funko Game, besides Big Boss which we already covered in some detail. The third title that we have not is Nuck Tats, which is a game about having your knuckles tattooed.
The game makes for an excellent party title, as you will have to come up with the perfect “Nuck Tats” on each turn after a prompt featuring the name of a celebrity, a mythological creature or a character has been revealed.
Players will decide which the best idea is. The game will come with 6 “Nuck boards” and feature 6 plastic clips, 6 dry-erase pens, and a total of 268 cards to guarantee plenty of variety as you play. The game is suitable for players 13+ and accommodates 3-6 players. The MSRP for Nuck Tats is $19.99.
Funko Games is due to post its Q1 2023 financial results on Thursday, May 4.
